This includes a client-only website with an online community, a client newsletter, comprehensive email and telephone support and advanced training.

Client support

When you have questions, Convio Support is here with answers. Just open a support ticket from the help menu within the administrator side of your Convio-powered site or visit support.convio.com. Support representatives are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 7:00am - 7:00pm Central, and the Convio Community site is available 24 hours a day. Emergency non-business hour support also is available.

Convio Customer Center and Online Community

Created just for our clients, the Convio Customer Center offers software update information, training schedules, answers to frequently asked questions and best practices tips. Through the Customer Center, you also have access to the Convio Community, where you can join discussions and share ideas with other clients.

Client newsletter

Convio clients receive their own version of Convio Connection, our bimonthly email newsletter of best practices, tips, tricks and case studies.
