Pricing
We price Common Ground based on the number of staff you would like to give access to the database. If your organization needs to have 6 staff access the database, then you would purchase a "seat license" for each staff person. For 1-10 licenses, the price is $100 per license, per month. We require a minimum purchase of 2 licenses ($2,400 per year total). The price includes all features, unlimited support, and access to our resource center with training tutorials, our client community and all upgrades. For organizations that need more than 10 seat licenses (providing 10 or more staff access), we are happy to provide a quote. Because Common Ground is delivered via the Internet, there’s no hardware to purchase, no servers to configure, and no additional software to manage - ever.
