National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship Selects Convio to Take Constituent Relationships to New Levels

Leading Nonprofit Health Organization Will Use Convio’s Software as a Service (SaaS) Solutions, Client Services and Expertise to Communicate More Effectively and Efficiently

The National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship (NCCS), the oldest survivor-led cancer advocacy organization in the country, has selected Convio to enhance the organization's relationships with cancer survivors across the country and drive results in advocacy, fundraising and other forms of mission-critical support. Convio provides an integrated suite of Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, client services and expertise to help nonprofit organizations use the Internet strategically to take relationships to new levels.

"With a focus on client service, and deep experience in helping nonprofits achieve results, Convio was the clear choice for taking our online communications efforts to new levels," said Michael Bergin, Chief Operating Officer, National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship. "Convio's robust, integrated advocacy and fundraising solutions coupled with Convio Content Management System (CMS) will help us better serve and advocate for cancer survivors and their families and help us use the Internet more strategically to fulfill our mission."

NCCS will use Convio CMS, the company's next generation content management system, to simplify the publication of Web content for NCCS' non-technical contributors and constituents and boost the organization's effectiveness and efficiency in driving stronger online relationships with constituents and supporters through integration with Convio's online constituent relationship management approach. In addition, NCCS will use several Convio fundraising solutions, including Convio Tributes to let supporters quickly and easily create websites in memory or honor a friend or loved one to raise funds.

"It is gratifying to welcome the National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship to our client community and be their partner of choice for using the Internet to strengthening relationships," said Gene Austin, CEO, Convio, Inc. "As a new client, NCCS joins our vibrant client and partner community, which works with us to leverage our online solutions and strategies to more successfully reach, connect, motivate and retain supporters so that our clients can focus on fulfilling their missions."
