Loyola University Chicago Chooses Convio to Enable More Personalized Communications With Alumni and Enhance Online Donations Capabilities

Loyola University Chicago, one of the largest Jesuit universities and colleges in the country, has chosen Convio Internet tools to build stronger relationships with its alumni and increase online giving.

Convio is the leading provider of online constituent relationship management solutions (eCRM) for nonprofit organizations, including colleges, universities, alumni associations and additional types of higher education groups. The company's software and services enable organizations to use the Internet for building strong constituent relationships to drive fundraising, marketing, advocacy and other forms of mission-critical support.

Loyola also will be able to more carefully target email communications to alumni, including personalized electronic newsletters with content that is relevant to each recipient.

Convio's solution is an integrated software suite for marketing communications, online community and fundraising services. This integrated approach will allow Loyola's alumni relations and annual fund staff to develop closer relationships with more constituents online. By adopting Convio's online relationship management solutions, Loyola can better serve the needs of alumni and donors and secure the long-term interests of the institution in these relationships.
