Convio, Inc. Names Tom Lacy Director of Quality Assurance

Industry Veteran Brings Extensive Quality Assurance and Client Service Experience to Leading Nonprofit Technology Partner

Convio, Inc. — a leading provider of software and services that help nonprofits use the Internet strategically to take relationships to new levels — today announced that 20-year technology industry veteran Tom Lacy has joined the company as Director of Quality Assurance.

Lacy brings 17 years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance and software and system development to the Convio team. Before Convio, Lacy was Director of Quality Assurance and Support at Mirage Networks, Inc., and Director of Engineering and Quality Assurance at Renewdata Corporation. In addition, Lacy has served in quality engineering and development positions with Pervasive Software and Schlumberger.

Lacy earned both a Master of Arts in Applied Geography (Computer Mapping) and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Planning from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX.
