Convio Founder and Chief Strategy Officer Vinay Bhagat Named 2010 Business Person of the Year by IndUS Business Journal

Convio (Nasdaq: CNVO), a leading provider of on-demand constituent engagement solutions for nonprofit organizations, today announced that Vinay Bhagat, Founder and Chief Strategy Officer has been named 2010 Business Person of the Year by IndUS Business Journal.

In 2006, Vinay was named Fundraising Professional of the Year on the agency side by Fundraising Success Magazine. In 2004, Bhagat received an honorable mention as one of the top 25 people worldwide who are changing the world of the Internet and Politics by Politics Online. In April of this year, Convio reached a milestone in the success of the company when it became a publicly traded company on the NASDAQ global market under the symbol CNVO.
