What drives me nuts is the proliferation of unwanted pop-ups like this one.Can't you people make a living without intrud- ing into everyone's private communica- tions? You apparently have no sense of pride or shame. - ralph hanson

Information for each donor is stored in several different places, i.e. when I'm trying to find out info on a donor, I have to navigate several places within their record - KLC

I am frustrated with the fact that the RSVP form has set wording we can't change, and uses the word "ticket" throughout. Our event is black-tie, and does not require tickets - and much of the wording is confusing to our needs. - Emma Croston

The database I use is based on queries using Boolean logic. The queries can be difficult to create and one typo can throw off the enter query structure. In this day and age, who still actually writes queries anyway? - Ken Small

Our office is using Convio but one of the concerns/complaints is that the "donee" cannot tell the amount of a gift that was given or if the gift is recurring. They have to contact the administrator who runs a report to get that information for them. - Duane Baty

CONVIO times-out is too short! Working on messaging will time out and i will loose my changes,a and have to log back in and start all over again...pleasse lenghen the time before the system kicks you out! - ryann summerford
