Since the acquisition of Convio by Blackbaud earlier this year, our focus has been on combining the strengths of both companies. One of the most important activities has been the integration of the product roadmap. Through thoughtful analysis and planning, we made some recent decisions to streamline our product portfolio and organization.
These decisions include:

For small to mid-sized nonprofits, eTapestry and The Raiser’s Edge will be our go-forward CRM offers, each of which have integrated internet capabilities and add-on solutions.

  • With this decision, we will retire our Common Ground offering for the mid-market. We will continue supporting customers over the next 18-24 months and assist them with transitioning to other Blackbaud products.

For Enterprise organizations, Blackbaud CRM, including the integrated Internet capabilities, and the Luminate Suite, including Luminate CRM and Luminate Online, will be our Enterprise offerings.

  • We will continue our commitment to the Force.com platform from Salesforce.com with the Luminate CRM offering.
